HOW IT WORKS:

We supply software that copies your changed files to our servers via your Internet connection.

Any new files are copied to our second server - if the file already exists then BOTH files are saved - this allows you to roll back to an earlier version of a file - older versions are retained for 28 days.

East night we back up all the data on the main server.  At the end of the week this is stored securely.  We retain 4 weeks of data.

If you loose a file you can use your password protected FTP link to retrieve the current version from our server.  Older versions of the file can also be made available to you.  If anything happens to your computer, we can copy all your files to a suitable medium and send them to you to copy to another machine.   You can also use the FTP client to delete files and folders you don't want anymore.
